Got there 5 hours early for a pickup and they had me in a door and loading me within 30 min. and had me loaded in 45 min.
There’s a very steep angle down when you back into the dock. If you have side skirts, they will hit the ground.
One thing I can recommend to them is with the very, very limited space for movement, they really need to keep the parking lot clear in shipping.“
