“The food here was amazing. The horchata was one of the sweetest and best tasting I’ve had in years. The Birria was flavorful and the staff were incredibly accommodating. “Authentic tacos, small but huge flavors. My favorite items are the carne asada and chicken tacos, I fill them in with toppings from the salad bar. The carne asada gorditas are sooo yummy, favorite item. The horchata drink. This isn't your local Taco Bell or fancy dining, it's a local hidden gem.“

“My husband and I are visiting from another state and we LOVED this little food truck! Customer service was good, the food was DELICIOUS, and the prices were very fair. The only downside id say is it took 30 minutes for our food to be ready, which is understandable as we ordered shrimp tacos, quesabirria tacos, a California burrito, and tosticorn. Every thing we ordered was amazing, and filling. Would definitely return & highly recommend!“

“Amazing tacos and even better service! I stopped by La Guadalupe Tacos and was blown away by the quality of the food. The tacos were fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The meats were tender, the salsas were delicious, and the portions were generous.
The staff was super friendly and the service was quick, even though they were busy. If you're looking for authentic, mouth-watering tacos, this is the place to go! I’ll definitely be back for more. Highly recommend!“

“Words could never express my boundless gratitude for the team there tonight at this Taco Bell! 🩷 My car has been having issues starting for a few months now, but tonight I started it & it was making a weird sound. By the time I'm at the box to order, my car is smoking, and I panic and cut it off. Ofcccc it won't cut back on & I'm having the craziest anxiety ever because now here I am holding up these folks drive through 😩 (I used to work fast food & am aware of the time clocks/metrics) I didn't get names but the kind black guy on drive through with glasses came out to assist me as well as his kind white coworker with the ponytail. I am eternally grateful to them both. The black gentleman kept me from overly freaking out, reassuring me it'd be ok as they STILL took orders with folks going around me! The store manager, who I am also eternally grateful for, came in from being off as he was not already there, and he & glasses pushed me into a parking space. Mister Ponytail's boyfriend came to try and jump my car, which was of no help, unfortunately, but thennnn after mister ponytails shift was over, boyfriend dropped me home annnnnd refused gas money. 🥹 I am SO GRATEFUL for everyone there tonight!!! The ones who helped me & the ones inside for keeping the show running whilst there was a mess!!! THANK YOU EVERYONE!!! Annnnnnd my fooood?!? 🥹🥰🩷“

“I've had no negative interactions with the staff at this Poinciana location... EVER. I'm happy about that because I live in this community. I usually order online and pick up at the drive-thru. My order is usually ready before I get there. That's a pleasure. Thanks to the Poinciana team for their great service, tasty food, and clean restaurant.“
