About Cielito Lindo

Cielito Lindo is a beloved Mexican restaurant that has been a local favorite for over 18 years. The restaurant is not fancy, but it is known for its delicious food and fast and friendly service. The flautas and smothered burritos are particular standouts, as are the unique and flavorful salsa and the restaurant's wide selection of margaritas. The portions are generous, with many customers taking home leftovers. The rice and beans are also highly praised for their flavor and texture. The chimichangas are a must-try, with one version featuring a crispy deep-fried crust. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and offers a happy hour. Prices are higher than some other restaurants, but customers feel that the quality of the food is worth the extra cost.

A favorite authentic Mexican Restaurant we have been enjoying for over 18 years. Not big or fancy but delicious. The Flautas are my favorite and my husband loves the smothered burritos, The sauces on top are wonderful- the best from here and better than anything we’ve tasted even compared to Mexican Restaurants in Arizona! The drinks are awesome as well - enjoy happy hour when you can. Prices are a bit higher, but I’d rather enjoy good quality and pay a bit more.

Another place my partner has introduced me to and I love it. The food is amazing. Crispy tasty tortilla chips and salsa (the spicy is where it’s at) start you off. Beverages quickly follow (we didn’t choose alcohol this visit) and are thankfully refilled without asking. Menu is clear and easy to understand and order from. And then the food comes. At this point most of it is blur. It’s that good. Rice. Fluffy and flavorful. Beans. Not gluey and they don’t taste like they...read full review
