“I have come here for years already, although I haven’t ordered every single item on the menu , I know at least that their chicken is good and their traditional bandeja paisa is the best one from all the local Colombian restaurants of the area in my opinion. Prices are a bit high compared to the other restaurants of the same type, but just for a little bit ,nothing too crazy. and it’s kind of well deserved and worth it since all the staff it’s usually really nice and attentive with the service provided to the people, usually the server (I believe )by the name of Andrés is the one that usually I get attended by, he is usually kind and precise with my order, but besides him the rest of the other servers are all nice and good at their job. Even to the point that the owner is also there present to make sure that your food was good and that you had a good time and that good service was provided on your visit. Usually ,I would always and personally recommend this particular Colombian restaurant for anyone to come and enjoy.“

“Me apena dejar un mal review pero en serio que es el peor servicio al cliente que visto en mi vida, no se trata de ser amable y sonreír, se trata de solucionar si tienen un inconveniente, y es la segunda vez que me sucede, no puede ser que llames a pedir una orden para recoger, llegues después de 20 minutos, y te hagan seguir esperando, por una hamburguesa, y le pregunté a la persona encargada si se iban a demorar, y sale y se pone hablar por teléfono, no sé qué trataba de solucionar por teléfono, cuando era cuestión de preguntar en la cocina, y ser sincera desde el comienzo y decir que hay un inconveniente, y me hubiese ido y normal, pero no después de qué ya pagué después de qué yo esperé me dice de qué van a se 20 min mas, Quién va a esperar una hora por una hamburguesa?????? Lo que me fastidia es la falta de seriedad, porque desde un comienzo me debió advertir, hasta llamada para decirme que tenían demoras, o por último ya cuando estuve ahí decirme lo que estaba sucediendo, y no dejarme esperando con excusas. (Y solo habían un Pat de mesas) 2da vez que me sucede.“

And the attention of Maicol, the cashier, is super reliable, as for the boy who serves the dog and hamburger bar, who pleases you with the sauces and ingredients. It's a show to watch him prepare the food.

The servers known as Debbie, Belen, and Camila, were professional, kind, and respectful. Overall, I recommend going to La Paisa if you’re looking for authentic Colombian and international food. “El Balcón has amazing Colombian food! And this is a beautiful location. Everything we order from the empanadas, pan de bono, y buñuelo to the entrees like la entraña, tamales, etc are delicious. Definitely need to get the ají. Andres was a very attentive waiter, offering us extra ají, chimichurri, and refills.“

“I really can’t say enough about how much myself & my crew totally loved this place. Myself & my company were in town for a week & we ate here at 3 different occasions & everytime all us were completely blown away at the food. From the presentation, the flavors, to the huge portions it’s a win all across the board.
I even stopped by personally for one more meal to take back to Jacksonville, it’s that good. Super friendly staff with no complaints or issues whatsoever. Whenever I find myself in the area again I’m definitely stopping in. 10 out of 10“
