El Rancho Bakery & Restaurant, under new ownership, has improved its food quality and customer service. The Sopa Campesina and fried fish are recommended, along with the delicious Quatro Leche dessert. The staff is polite and accommodating, although some may need more training. Parking is available at a plaza, but weekends can be busy. Overall, a great spot for tasty pork dishes and traditional Choclo, with friendly service and a loyalty card program for regulars.
