“We recently had the pleasure of having Halo Project food truck cater lunch for our employee appreciation event, and it was absolutely delicious! The employees could not stop raving about how delicious and creative the dishes were. Not only was the food a hit, but the customer service was outstanding. Everyone was friendly and efficient, and they went beyond making our event special. We highly recommend this food truck for corporate events. Five stars all the way!“

“OMG this patty was ridiculous, can't say I've ever had one so good. The perfect balance of patty to onion to rye and then just the right amount of sauce. This is the go-to for sure. We also had the specialty smash burger with fries. It was quite delicious but not what I would be going back for. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, it felt like they genuinely wanted us there. They gave their best recommendations and really hooked it up. Must go!!!“

Adam, you have been an absolute rock throughout the planning process. You listened to all of my crazy ideas and helped bring them to life. Your patience and dedication never wavered, even when I changed my mind multiple times, just to change it again once more. From the delicious food to ensuring this day was everything I dreamed of, thank you for making our wedding special. The food, the setting—everything is beyond our wildest dreams, and we owe so much of that to you. We cannot wait to eat Sidecar Kitchen food again!!! Adam will be my coordinator for any event I ever put on!“
“If you don’t know, now you know… The Caribe Vegan is BACK! Available to dine in (with real plates and silverware) in a beautiful garden setting at the Zen Mind Space in Wilton Manors (with a private parking lot) or for pick up at same location or order on Uber Eats or Grub Hub for delivery. First up thing I tried was one of the three Sushis rolls on the menu called, URSULA MOVED TO DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, it consisted of Vegan shrimp (made from heart of palm), sweet plantain, tofu cream cheese, cucumber, carrot \\u0026 crispy onions drizzled with her secret island sauce. The fusion style sushi roll, was full of flavor, and had a good texture through out, was definitely one of my favorite things I tried, and I would definitely get it again and highly recommend it when you order from her, but it definitely left me curious to try some of her other fusion style rolls, I could actually imagine just ordering all 3 rolls and calling it a night. The next dish was a caribe classic, a CRABCAKE (made with heart of palm) served over Dominican-style mashed plantain with garlic \\u0026 vegan butter and Crabcake, smothered in a house made cheesy garlic sauce \\u0026 pickled cabbage, do I have to say more? Just out of the world taste and flavor explosion, just like at the picture below, it was insane and so big. The final plate was a bowl for the soul, THE DOMINI SOULFOOD PLATE, that consisted of Latin style fried chkn (made from mushrooms and jackfruit), mac \\u0026 cheese, candied yams mixed with sweet plantain. The Chick’n was crunchy, and fried just right, she topped it with her special sauce, that really gives new meaning to special! I hope she starts selling It by the bottle, because it’s so good! The mac \\u0026 cheese was creamy and had a very good consistency. It was all complimented so well with candied yams and plantains that were the perfect sweet to go with the spice, an all around can’t miss plate, highly recommended. If you have ate at the Caribe Vegan in the past, you already know the amount of love she puts into each dish, and if you have never got to try her before, here’s your chance. Her new location is a beautiful event space, yoga studio and offers therapeutic massage as well (check for class times and appointment), it has lots of parking and a great zen garden to chill and enjoy your food, I definitely suggest stopping in, saying hi, and enjoying the food (it’s ok to bring a few canned beverages, if that’s your vibe). “Sak Pase food truck is a good place to enjoy Haitian food seriously the food was good and fresh and seasoned well. The fish was to die for and the service was awesome especially all the people that worked there is people friendly. I definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to have a good taste of Haitian food and a good vibe and atmosphere. I definitely would be coming back again and in my personal opinion I give this place 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

The atmosphere might not be fancy on the outside, but don’t let that fool you—the food is what matters, and it does not disappoint. On top of that, Alexia was such a pleasant person, full of great energy, which made the experience even better.
