“Just tried a food truck called Fye Stars and wow easily one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. I had the picadera/fritura and mofongo with chicharrón chicken, and everything was on point. “Cheap little taco spot outside a gas station, didn’t look like much at first but honestly the tacos surprised me. Probably the best I’ve had in South Florida so far. Simple, fresh, and really well seasoned. Service was quick and the prices are hard to beat. I’d 100% go back.“

Available to dine in (with real plates and silverware) in a beautiful garden setting at the Zen Mind Space in Wilton Manors (with a private parking lot) or for pick up at same location or order on Uber Eats or Grub Hub for delivery. First up thing I tried was one of the three Sushis rolls on the menu called, URSULA MOVED TO DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, it consisted of Vegan shrimp (made from heart of palm), sweet plantain, tofu cream cheese, cucumber, carrot \\u0026 crispy onions drizzled with her secret island sauce. The fusion style sushi roll, was full of flavor, and had a good texture through out, was definitely one of my favorite things I tried, and I would definitely get it again and highly recommend it when you order from her, but it definitely left me curious to try some of her other fusion style rolls, I could actually imagine just ordering all 3 rolls and calling it a night. The next dish was a caribe classic, a CRABCAKE (made with heart of palm) served over Dominican-style mashed plantain with garlic \\u0026 vegan butter and Crabcake, smothered in a house made cheesy garlic sauce \\u0026 pickled cabbage, do I have to say more? Just out of the world taste and flavor explosion, just like at the picture below, it was insane and so big. The final plate was a bowl for the soul, THE DOMINI SOULFOOD PLATE, that consisted of Latin style fried chkn (made from mushrooms and jackfruit), mac \\u0026 cheese, candied yams mixed with sweet plantain. The Chick’n was crunchy, and fried just right, she topped it with her special sauce, that really gives new meaning to special! I hope she starts selling It by the bottle, because it’s so good! The mac \\u0026 cheese was creamy and had a very good consistency. It was all complimented so well with candied yams and plantains that were the perfect sweet to go with the spice, an all around can’t miss plate, highly recommended. If you have ate at the Caribe Vegan in the past, you already know the amount of love she puts into each dish, and if you have never got to try her before, here’s your chance. Her new location is a beautiful event space, yoga studio and offers therapeutic massage as well (check for class times and appointment), it has lots of parking and a great zen garden to chill and enjoy your food, I definitely suggest stopping in, saying hi, and enjoying the food (it’s ok to bring a few canned beverages, if that’s your vibe). “I really enjoyed their BBQ. I’ve been living in Miami since 2018 and honestly haven’t found a truly good BBQ spot until today. It reminded me of the hometown BBQ spots back in Alabama.

The greens were amazing and full of flavor, the mac & cheese was cheesy and well-seasoned, and the baked beans were the only thing I could’ve done without. But the ribs? Absolutely falling off the bone — I could barely pick one up without the meat sliding right off. The brisket was so tender you could cut it with a fork.

I’ll definitely be back. I wasn’t able to make it to one of their locations before it closed at 6, but luckily the other location stays open until 2am.“

“This pizza spot was a great experience. The crust had that perfect wood-fired texture—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The toppings were fresh and really flavorful. One pizza had chicken with a pesto-style sauce and melted cheese that tasted amazing together. Another one had prosciutto, arugula, figs, and a balsamic glaze that added a sweet and savory balance.
