I stopped by pelican harbor for the Wednesday food trucks and spotted Fye Stars with mofongo on their menu. I was really impressed with the flavors, quality of ingredients and portion size! I tried the mofongo with shrimp and it was so delicious. I will definitely be eating here again.
I absolutely love their food I see them every Thursday at Pembroke Lakes Mall. The owners are so kind and make delicious food! super underrated i hope everyone gets to taste their food !

We have a family event that need have food cooked on the spot and fye Stars did it for us, they cook for over 50 people. Everyone eat they food that said it was delicious, my self don’t have words to explain how good was I do recommend 100/100 for any event needed it, soo graceful.
