We used Dana/La Paella chef for our wedding catering. Dana exceeded our expectations. Not only was the food high quality and great value, the service was very friendly and the practicalities involved were executed swiftly and precisely. Her husband, Peter, set up an amazing bar. The centre piece of which was Sangria. It looked stunning. If you are in our area then don’t waste your money on expensive hotels, hire a venue and draft Dana in to look after your catering needs. La Paella Chef offers the best paella, with delicious food and beautiful presentation. Chef Dana is an artist in the kitchen, creating fresh and flavorful dishes. Guests enjoyed Gazpacho shots, Manchego cheese board, and the chicken seafood paella. The food tasted great, and Chef Karen was attentive, professional, and kind. The presentation was spectacular, and the variety of paellas offered was out of this world. Service was excellent, with both Chef Dana and her team delivering a wonderful experience. Guests were very pleased by their professionalism and above all the food. Highly recommended for any event!
