This is a solid McDonald’s.
I’m visiting from mass and I’ve gone here twice since I’ve been here and the food is actually great (given the circumstances). The sandwiches almost look like the ones in the ads. My girlfriend said her mccchicken was the best mcchicken she’s ever had. The sprite was perfect. Nuggets hit. They gave me 4 sauces!!! For a 10 piece!!! Damn. Oh I felt bad I didn’t buy breakfast for the homeless people outside lmao. Anyways. If I ever come back to pompano beach I’m hitting...read full review

McDonald's offers a range of foods and a pleasant environment. The service was reported to be good by one employee, but there was an issue with using points to pay for an order through the app. The cleanliness of the store could also be improved. The pricing of the food was a concern for one customer. Parking is not an issue as there is plenty of it available.
The dinner menu runs late, and there was only one employee on duty, but he did a good job running the drive-up and the grill. Some customers feel that McDonald's should do better in terms of raising prices and paying employees better.
Customers have reported that the store is extremely clean, and the food is fresh and very good. The restrooms are locked to maintain the clean and fast service, which is appreciated by customers. One customer, who normally doesn't eat at McDonald's, tried the $5 special and was not impressed, but the service from Emanuel was great, and he has a great personality and hustles.
The manager, Enrique, has received praise for his kind and professional attitude, and for going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, such as bringing ice creams and fries directly to the customer's table. Customers have had an excellent experience at this McDonald's location, and they will definitely return and recommend it to their friends and family.
