I frequent this McDonald's because it's close to my job. Most of the staff is sooo nice except for 1 lady as you pick up your food. I can't say she's mean, but she says nothing to you, never smiles and doesn't engage in any conversation (i.e. you're welcome, have a nice day, etc.). The staff that deals with customers are the face of your company. If she doesn't know how to be polite, please move her in the back where they don't speak to anyone.
