Food was good..Well made
Please fix these two issues
1) You cant sit and eat with out a swarm of flies attacking your food. The amount of flies makes it a health hazard in food contamination.
Is n't this something county health inspectors look for?
2) Get your orders right..If no dressing on salad, please follow that request.

We live in Dallas and we don't have a Pollo Tropical. So my wife was ecstatic when we saw the restaurant. You ordered a family dinner special with some cheesy bites. Your cilantro garlic sauces absolutely the best stuff out there. Everything was served super fast with a smile. Another nice experience!
Wow, I should have read the reviews before coming here. Pollo, you need new leadership at this location. I ordered the family meals. When I got home, I noticed they only gave me dark meat. (If they needed time to cook chicken breast, they should have told me.) The rice and bread seemed old and hard to eat.
I should have gone somewhere else. Do yourself a favor and save your money by going somewhere else.
