workers are so incredibly rude!! the line wasn’t too long but it took 30 minutes to get my food. i asked for sauce at the window and the woman looked at me and said you’re supposed to ask when you order and didn’t give me any sauce. so
I am a fan of pollo and I moved from West Palm to Pompano. I ordered from this location multiple times and thought it was time to write a review. I usually order the boneless chicken breast platter. In absolutely all orders, the chicken breasts were burned to charcoal on the surface. Today jan 23, I ordered the churrasco bowl stake the first time, and in no way my bowl looked like the picture they advertised on the app. There are fewer pieces of meat and I only got one slice...read full review

This place should be shut down. I found a part of a plastic bag in the salad. The employees are useless. They are slow & have bad attitudes. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE.
