“First off, I tried to order from the Taco Bell App. Could not get it to go through. Went through drive thru. Explained issue to the window guy. Still had an issue. At that point I informed him I would just order through him. He told me I had to drive around and come back through because of the "timer". No one was behind me. Kind of got under my skin. No biggie, I pulled around and walked inside. Spoke with Fred. Fred and I worked on trying to get the app to work. Still a No-Go. Fred graciously and kindly went over my order and input it into the Kiosk. He really restored my confidence in Taco Bell. Food was cooked perfectly and the visit went well. The store looked very clean. The Baja Blast was out on the left side, so I used the right side. Wrong choice, the one on the right ended up being Baja Blast Zero. yuck! The stickers on the fountain were identical. No way to tell them a part. Already down the road, I wasn't going back. Three Large Baja Blasts Zero went straight to the trash can at our next refuel stop.“

“Hi. I aways go to this taco bell and love it. Though yesterday, was the second time I ordered a grilled cheese burrito and barely no cheese around it and the little line it had was completely burnt. Would be nice to receive a GRILLED CHEESE burrito next time. Thank you.“
“I ordered at the drive thru 357 w Atlantic. I ordered the Nacho fries deluxe box. I stated 3 times that i did not want any sour cream or lettuce on any of the tacos or burrito. He stated that it does not come with sour cream or lettuce. I then continued my order stating my drink and wanting a soft shell taco instead of a hard shell. I then started just in case any of them came with sour cream or lettuce I don’t want it and then went on to pay. I then drove home and went to eat my meal and was greeted with sour cream and lettuce. I was unable to eat my meal. I had to go to my car and drive back in the rain to get my order corrected. When I went back The manager Joseph did not even apologize for the mistake. Then to top it all off my fries were cold??♀️. I’m still going to give them 4 stars because the service is usually great, food is hot and speedy. I really hope that when I go back the service is as it usually is. I can’t keep driving back from mistakes that could have been avoided.“
“What can i say, i always go thru the drive thru & my food is always made properly, the staff is super nice. You can't beat a box of chalupa, 2 Taco's { as you like them}, for a reasonable price. & All food is made to order.“
