We have been coming to this restaurant for years, but today’s visit was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had.

I am a vegetarian, and in the past the staff has always been accommodating by suggesting dishes that could be made vegetarian. Today, however, we were told they have never done that. When we asked to speak with the manager, she responded with a great deal of attitude, saying that employees were not allowed to make those suggestions and that they had not been doing their jobs correctly. Her response was rude and unprofessional.

Unfortunately, her attitude wasn’t limited to our table. We also witnessed her being rude to customers seated next to us. Our food took an extremely long time to arrive, and when we politely asked for an update, we were met with even more attitude rather than an apology or explanation.

To make matters worse, the food itself was disappointing and did not taste good. It felt as though customer service and food quality were no longer priorities. The manager appeared completely unconcerned about the experience guests were having.

This restaurant has significantly declined from what it once was. We will not be returning, and I sincerely hope upper management takes the numerous customer complaints seriously and addresses the issues with management and service before more loyal customers decide to leave as well.

Minus one star to charging a premium for paying with a credit card.

Otherwise : cool vibes, good food, friendly staff.

I enjoed the rice bowl with chicken - generous serving and tasty.
Reasonably fast service. Attentive, they make sure you know the options for the dishes you order

Charged $54.50 for 4 steak and shrimp tacos that cost $7.25 each. I should have been charged $29. Called and spoke to manager no adjustment to bill. Also when asked server about bill they said that’s what it costs. I included pictures of check and the price of shrimp and steak taco on menu.
I will never return.
If I could give 0 stars I would.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this location. When clicking on another location through Apple Maps, and the app automatically loaded this wrong location to place an online order. While I understand the mix-up is not entirely the restaurant’s fault, the way the manager handled the situation was incredibly disappointing.

After realizing the order had gone to the incorrect location, I called hoping for assistance. Instead, the manager refused to offer any reasonable solution or attempt to help remediate the issue. My wife is 7 months pregnant, and we were essentially told we had no choice but to drive to this location to pick up the food.

General empathy and customer service goes a long way. Unfortunately, at this location the current manager has neither.

For me the food was ok and not worth the price, but I liked the drinks better. We went for my friends birthday and they would not seat us unless we had 7 people out of the 14 that came. I really didn’t understand that because the restaurant was completely empty. I would understand if it was full. I wouldn’t make a special trip for their food. There are a lot of better places closer to my house

I typically eat in and the experience is always favorable. Today, I picked up a shrimp burrito and it was nothing like the ones I get when I eat in; no cheese very little sauce the interior was part cold and part warm. Very disappointed and it's clear that take out quality of food is compromised. For what I paid I would have been better off getting the same from Sierra Grill at half the cost. Sorry but must be truthful.

Every time we go! We enjoy outstand service, delicious food, beautiful decoration and great music. Always a great place to stop for a drink, appetizer or a whole meal. Dessers are delicious! The only 0.01*/* is no tiene cafecito!!! 😅😭

This location has started charging a 3.99% surcharge on credit cards in violation of both federal law and VISA rules. Make sure to dispute this with the manager to get it removed. One star for a surcharge that is illegal and poorly disclosed.

Couldn’t tell you how the food is. Sat there with my family for well over 15 minutes without even as much as water offered. Host kept saying someone would be with us but we had to ask multiple times for help. Meanwhile the tables next to us were served. Crappy service. Will never go back and would not recommend.
