Update: I received a heartfelt call from the owner. She was super sweet, could not apologize enough and has addressed the issue with her team. While it doesn’t change what happened, this single phone call made a difference. Don’t write off this location as the issue seems to have been with a manager and the issue has allegedly been addressed.

I've been here once and they have good ice cream. I'm just entertained by all the reviews claiming it's overpriced and overcrowded in the same sentence. That's not how that works people.

As silly as this might sound with bigger world problems.., but if you are a owner of a company and you can't even replace a doorknob to a bathroom with a working lock..,that is sad; also if you cant replace a freezer that has been broken for three plus years which first started out with a broken led light.. that's also sad.For someone that I don't even know and claims to be a veteran owned business..,I would hope their job performance would be better than the two...
