“This location is a very nice place to get pizza. I asked for someone to write or draw me something nice because I was feeling down, and he/she/they drew a Spongebob and the words "Keep your chin up" inside the box. Usually, I get similarly great words and illustrations inside the box if I ask for them. Thank you. <3Update:I received another great drawing on the box after asking for some encouragement. Thanks again! :)“

“I'm giving 5 stars for customer service, particularly for the efforts of the manager on duty I spoke to tonight, Kyle. I understand Papa John's uses a call center to process their orders, but that degree of separation leaves a lot of room for delivery failure, as was the case tonight (again). Called in my order, dude read back what I ordered. It was wrong. Went through it again, dude read it back correctly this time. Order arrives, came out the way it was incorrectly read back originally. Annoying, of course. This was an almost $50 order. I called again, this time went straight to the store. Not sure how that works. Anyway, Kyle understood the problem and made it right. Good man. The point of this is I'm quite confident that using a call center was a decision that had some positive effect on the corporate bottom line, but it sucks for the customers and, I expect, the people working in the actual stores. Long story short, don't get too mad at the people at the shop if your delivery comes out jacked up. Might not be their fault. Also buy Kyle a beer or non-alcoholic beverage of his choice. Cheers“

“My boyfriend, daughter and I went on Vacation. Florida was on my bucket list and I LOVE trying new restaurants when I go new places. We tried this place. My daughter who is incredibly shy LOVED Barb SO much!!! She drew her a picture on a sticky note Barb gave her. It made my daughter's whole day when she stuck the picture on the cooler. She kept telling me how awesome it made her feel. From the service ALL the way down to that "Southern Hospitality" this place did NOT disappoint. I'm from Michigan, I genuinely can't thank her enough for being so kind and welcoming to the state of Florida. 15/10 would recommend and have recommended. I can't wait to come back!“

“We ate on Sunday at 6PM. The wait was only 10 minutes. We were pleasantly surprised how great this place was. The serving staff are fantastic. Chyian was our server. The kitchen staff are very fast and flavor the food perfectly. The prices were very low. What a hidden treat! We'll be back.“

It's clear he's a true master behind the bar. The excellent customer service from our server, Reese, also made our visit perfect. She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Her recommendations were spot on, and she made us feel like valued guests. V's Pizza not only serves fantastic food and drinks, but the team's dedication to their craft and to their customers truly sets them apart. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a truly great experience.“
