Food is good but I have never experienced such slow service, every time I go. I've waited 20 minutes for a cup of coffee. No reason why wait staff can't drop if a cup of coffee. It's a breakfast place, every breakfast place in the country delivers coffee immediately, it's a no brainer. I keep saying last time I'm coming due to dismal service. This time I'll remember.

Love the food but they gotta figure out the service. Slow and NOBODY is ever at the hostess stand. You will wait 5 to 10 minutes just to get seated in an empty restaurant.. checking out is the same. STAFF the hostess stand with a dedicated host/hostess

Food is good but getting plastic utensils with my to go order feels like I’m in California and I asked them to throw an empty Nestle bottle at a sea turtle… even when I ask in person. Why?

Hello ItsMe

Had horrible service for no reason! Everyone else’s waitresses seemed great
Food came out cold and delayed
No refill till after meal was done
Oversized thick black glasses

The worst first watch I have ever been to. The wait time after making my order was 40 minutes. My food came out cold as if it was forgotten. They tried to give me cold food. They did compensate my entire meal so I’ll be changing this review from 1 star to 3 stars.

We have been to this location before but had stopped going due to long wait time after ordering and service being just OK. Went today with a party of 6. Placed orders and after 20 minutes or so 3 of our party received their orders, however one had a pancake but no syrup! Waitress did not come back to the table to check on us or offer any refills for drinks. 2 of us had asked for water but only 1 of us finally got a glass of water after having to ask again! We asked about the other 3 orders and the waitress said they should be up shortly. Finally 2 of the orders came out, the eggs were cool on one. The final order the waitress came back and said they had no biscuits which I replied to just cancel the order as everyone else was basically finished. Then the waitress brought out the order and said we would not be charged for it, which the eggs were also cold. Waitress never got any refills for drinks, did not appear to involve management nor did management come to the table. We are done with First Watch in Nocatee and hope that district management investigates the ongoing issues with food delivery and poor service at this location!

First, let me start by saying I consider myself a very understanding person as I have a history of working in the restaurant industry. There are certain things that are out of your control like being in the front of the house and the kitchen dragging ticket times out. However, my experience today was abysmal to say the least.

When the waitress first came over and took our drink orders it seemed the experience would change from the last few negative experiences at this location. Every other first watch I go to is usually positive. We placed our food order and waited as expected. I had a sweet tea to drink but was also sipping on coffee. We waited a little longer for food to start coming out which no complaints there, they were busy. Then, out of our table of 6, 2 of us were served. One of which was my 5 year old which was good. We didn't say anything at first because we assumed the other dishes were coming right behind it. A few minutes go by, one other person at our table was served. At this point half our table had food, the other half didn't. Roughly 5 to 10 more minutes go by, no food for the rest of us. Waitress would walk over and look at the table, but not address anything and walk away. At this point my drink was empty, never asked if I would like a refill, and never addressed the situation that only half her table was fed. The next time she walked over, I asked about the food. The waitress quickly and rudely said, "ya, it's coming". She walked away from the table over to the hostess stand and made a comment to the two young people at the stand and started laughing. Still, no refills no food.

After another few minutes, the food came out for 2 of us. My food was cold even though it came out 10 minutes after the first people at our table was served. My father's food did not come out. They informed him, mind you he had been waiting for about 40 minutes at this point, that they were out of biscuits....he had ordered biscuits and gravy. They waited until the entire table had its food to inform him of this. I have worked in many kitchens and that is not something you find out at the last second. Never got an apology from the waitress for the wait time, never offered to fix anything, never offered a manager....poorest service I have ever received.

I did not tip my server, lizz and I do not regret it. Lizz, if you are upset about your lack of a tip today I would rather give you advice to put yourself in the customers shoes on how they may feel about half their table having food, pay attention to refills at the table, and treat your customers with better respect.

After multiple negative experiences at this location, I will not return to this one. I will happily go to oakleaf, San Jose, or any other location, but avoid the nocatee one at all costs. Management here has no consideration for their customers and they need to re learn how to run a business.

Lastly, I asked for a survey when I left from the hostess. They instantly signed me up for the wait list which was supposed to give me a survey. A screenshot is included of this incident which the survey was never provided so I sincerely hope they read this post.

Brunch was great at the place. I had the pumpkin packages and they tasted good. Sitting outside with nice weather makes this place nice.

A lively breakfast joint that's located in the heart of Nocatee. The service is lacking friendliness or personality. The servers were ok just didn't feel welcomed. They looked rushed and distracted.

A nasty smell hits you when you come from the outside. The smell comes from the bus people using the same wet rag to wipe the tables. Would be better and more hygienic, and less smelly if they used clean towels or paper towels.
