A wonderful place to get a burger and shake! Even their specials are delicious and always enticing me to try something new! I’ve gone four times and haven’t left disappointed once!

I can’t wait to return without the kids sometime and try one of their boozy shake offerings!

Zan at the entrance is one of the best employees I’ve encountered in recent years! Always helpful and smiling and remembers us when we come dine. The friendly service and delicious food make it an easy choice when deciding where to go with the family.

Gluten-free buns available and they even ask whether it is a sensitivity or an allergy blighting the care and attentive knead I’ve come to expect.

Went today for late lunch. The staff brought us hot chocolate samples and a Christmas sangria with cinnamon! On the house!! Honestly-our go to in Nocatee!!!

Especially wonderful service from the guy with the stubble and long hair (receipt said served s). Made substituting on a sandwich easy, gave good advice on what shake to get, and a tip to make the shake better (swap the milk for fanta) and was just all around nice and high energy. Fantastic shake, fantastic chicken sandwich (stringy tender chicken with perfectly crispy breading, amazing signature sauce), and wonderful burger (especially the patties). Hadn’t been in 5 years so it’s nice to see the place has only been getting better.

High quality for a very reasonable price,definitely a cut above.
It's obvious that they have a lot of experience in the restaurant business.
From the water to the crafted flavor combinations. Some classics but done well, some unique and done skillfully. It's all about the details and that's what they are excelling in. Thanks, and keep up the good work!

I haven't been back to M Shack Nocatee since they redid their menu. I was worried when I heard all burgers were now well-done, which I do not like. I went last week and was so impressed! I ordered the M Smashburger and it was delicious! Not overdone, not too undercooked, and the cheese was delish. The best part was our server, Zan. He was OUTSTANDING! I have not had service like that in an extremely long time, anywhere. Totally attentive, polite, kind, and well spoken. We felt very special! We will definitely be back to give it another go. Kudos, Zan!
