just tried the new shrimp dish. it was GREAT!
GOOD JOB AGAIN!

First time yesterday evening and it was really for my son but when I saw the chicken sandwich, I had to try it! The burger, fries and chicken sandwich were amazing! The girl who helped me had long red hair and the gentleman who gave me the check (short black hair), both these individuals displayed exceptional customer service! For this alone, I'm going back!!💯🎯😍

I like the place, but like most restaurants these days they ask you for a tip when you order. Very rude to ask customers for tips when they didn’t receive any exceptional service yet.

First time here and I was very happy with my experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. We even had the chance to meet the owner, who was incredibly kind and great to talk to. You can really feel the passion behind this place. I’ll definitely be coming back and will be telling all my friends and family to check it out!

I usually go to MShack in the Town Center but since that location closed, this is rhe only one open in the city. This was my first time at this location. The food and milkshake was delicious as usual. I hope to go back the next time I'm in the area.

Great food and excellent service. I feel very welcome. Kurt and the rest of the staff is always on point and delivers a great experience. Because of that, I am return all the time.

My family has eaten here several times both in restaurant and take out. The food is always fresh and so delicious. We try different things each time and its always good. Love this place

Overall experience was absolutely amazing! M Shack is one of my favorite places to go to! The food is always incredible, and the service is top-tier! On a recent visit, Kurt went above and beyond to provide us the best dining experience! The Oreo milkshake was one of the best I’ve ever had in my life!

Fast service altho super busy. Food was perfect

I’ve been to Shack several times and it’s always been solid—but this visit was hands-down the best yet. The spicy chicken was phenomenal—crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor—and priced more than reasonably. The hot fries hit the spot, too. What really made the experience stand out was our server, Peter. He was absolutely amazing—attentive, friendly, and on top of everything from start to finish. Outstanding service paired with great food—can’t beat it.

M Shack delivers a tasty, juicy burger with quality ingredients. The patty was cooked perfectly, and the toppings were fresh. While not groundbreaking, it's a solid and satisfying choice for a good hamburger. Definitely worth a visit!
