The staff at seasons 52 town center Jacksonville Florida was amazing and accepted the situation as if he was there! From the bar tender Michael who served him a drink to the receptionist who Renee who made us fell very welcome and treated our friend with respect and dignity to our waiter Blake who also went the extra mile to make our experience exceptional! We would like to recognize these people for helping us make our friends night out so very special we will be back every year because of them and the service, not to mention the food was amazing! “This place is a classic. I've been coming here for years, but I brought my husband in for the first time and everything was awesome. Also, the crabcake was way better than I expected. I always try the rotating martini and always ask about the rotating benni. This time it was a pb and j martini and an orzo and scallop benni. I wasn't disappointed. 🤤“

“This was my first time eating at J. Alexander and I was so pleased with everything about this place. The atmosphere was very pleasant. It was a group of 10 of us celebrating the birthday of one in the group. Our server Misty was awesome, she was so helpful and knowledgeable. “We ate here on vacation and absolutely loved it! The dishes were so creative, healthy and gourmet but at an amazing price. Service was super friendly and knowledgeable. They even have happy hour on the weekend!“

“Per usual, the service was excellent, the food and wine selection excellent. Pastas are house made and wonderful. We both had fish, salmon and the special which was cobia - both cooked to perfection. Excellent choices for wine by the glass and a noticeably pleasant low noise factor in the main dining room. We avoided the bar area on purpose due to the musical duo in there during the week (one wonders who wants a pair of mediocre musicians yowling in their ear while they eat, but apparently some don't mind). Anyway, our experience was great and we will be return.“

“They have the best fried chicken I think we have ever had. I was amazed to find somewhere that had two amazing comforts foods in one place: Ramen & fried chicken. Everything was fresh and hot. We ordered a little bit of everything since it was our first visit. The chicken was juicy and the skin was seasoned to perfection (i usually don't eat the skin). The red Cajun dipping sauce was amazingly spicy. Make sure to get the sweet tea, it's like lemon brisk. The veggie Ramen was salty and savory with crispy tofu and tons of veg. My kids had Ramen with pork and seasoned eggs and the chicken base was light. Even their fries were great. To top it off we ordered the fried honey biscuits. They were fluffy inside and the honey on top was perfect. I threw some chicken in one and it might be a new thing. We will def be back!“

“My wife and I recently discovered this place and have really enjoyed golfing and dining here. Tonight at dinner, we witnessed two young men (probably 20) come in and have an altercation with the manager behind the bar. It was clear they had been witnessed misbehaving on the course and came in to start trouble. The manager was extremely professional, courteous, and calm. My wife and I both own/run businesses and we were very impressed. Alli would be an asset to any organization…but we are glad she’s here.“

“This place has an awesome vibe if you're looking for fun!! We heard about the steak special they have on Fridays so my partner wanted to try it. We arrived and the place was packed! We had to walk around to find a table. Once seated, our drink orders were taken, then Marissa, a knowledgeable waitress, took our orders. She suggested boom boom shrimp as an appetizer. Great choice!! I ordered the mahi fish sandwich with the soup of the day (red pepper and Gouda cheese) and my partner, steak, loaded mash and a salad. My drink: Rum Runner ? The food was okay. My mahi was a bit dry. To be fair, it came with tartar sauce which I don't like so the discontentment was my fault. The drinks: definitely strong enough to do the job. But the highlight of my night was meeting the manager, Kelly, when she came to our table, and the live music entertainment!!! Honestly, this review is less about food and about the wonderful connection I had with Kelly (pictured). Go in and ask for her...and tell her you saw her in a review. ? You will see why. Great staff? I plan on going back before I leave the area.

“We went here on a whim after getting married (also on a whim). Made last minute reservations with a small note saying we had just been married. The manager came over multiple times to congratulate us. Our server was incredible. The food was, of course, amazing. The hostess was kind enough to snap a few pics of us. I can't recommend enough. Every single moment was incredible, yummy, and so beautiful. Yes, it's pricey (duh fine dining) but worth every cent. They even comped our dessert which we absolutely did not expect. We will be back for our anniversary if not before.“

“We planned a quick last minute wedding, and Kira was beyond accommodating. She was always available, and her communication was on point. Texting, calling, showing up…she always made time for me even if she was in the middle of something else. We originally reserved the dining room for our family reunion, but due to extenuating circumstances, our brunch turned into a last minute wedding celebration instead. Kira went over all our options and recommendations, sat down with me to plan the seating arrangement, and brunch menu, and even created a fancy custom drink menu for us. The venue was beautiful. The views were gorgeous. The buffet display and food was amazing. The table settings and linens were lovely. The bartender and wait staff were phenomenal. They made this day so perfect in every way. they went above and beyond & I cannot rave enough about our wonderful experience. Thank you so much, Kira.“

“My wife and I were completely perplexed during our dinner at Bazille. We walked by a completely full Tommy Bahama bar, where the food is average at best, at 6:30 to get to our reservation. Upon arrival, I realized a reservation was not necessary, as there were only about four other tables full an no one at the bar. This was a Saturday night?? Notwithstanding, we commenced to have one of the best dinners we have enjoyed at the Town Center in a very long time. The cocktails, apps and entries were all excellent. Service was great and vibe is cool in the space. Perhaps the location on the second floor of Nordstrom doesn't help, but if you have not been to Bazille, you are missing a hidden gem at the Town Center.“

“Just wanted to give a BIG shout out to Johnny, a cook at Joe's Crab Shack tonight. We went there to celebrate a birthday and my daughter has a food allergy and he went above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of. He took the time to come out and speak to her, take her order and then cooked it safely and specifically for her. He made an amazing Chicken Alfredo that honestly was the best dish at the table!
