“One year ago we lost a very dear friend, co-worker, family member and loved one! We went to seasons 52 to celebrate his life and brought with us (his ashes). The staff at seasons 52 town center Jacksonville Florida was amazing and accepted the situation as if he was there! From the bar tender Michael who served him a drink to the receptionist who Renee who made us fell very welcome and treated our friend with respect and dignity to our waiter Blake who also went the extra mile to make our experience exceptional! We would like to recognize these people for helping us make our friends night out so very special we will be back every year because of them and the service, not to mention the food was amazing! “We really enjoyed our meal last night! We started with tuna poke served with wonton chips. It was so fresh and the chips were crisp. My husband got the grouper special and ate it all. I got the scallops. They were seared perfectly, the grits were creamy, and I'd love the collards recipe lol. Thanks for a great meal“

“This place was amazing! We're visiting from Michigan and I was pleasantly surprised when I was able to get gluten free and vegan options. I got the sunrise sampler. I was able to sub just egg for the real eggs and get gluten free French toast instead of the bread choice. It was the perfect amount of food. Plus our waitress was amazing and answered all my questions and if she didn't know something, she went to the back to ask. I wish Michigan had more restaurants like this!“

“Our First time at Mezza Luna…. Wow! Amazing Food, great wine list and our server Kasey was fantastic! My wife had the Ciopino which she said was delicious. I had the parardelle which was out of this world! Our Uncle Paul is a regular here, he had the Pizza with Sausage & Mushrooms. Kacey was spot on with the dessert recommendation: Bread pudding with bourbon caramel sauce and ice cream! Best I’ve ever had! We will be back!!!! Five Stars!!!!!!“

“This was my first time eating at J. Alexander and I was so pleased with everything about this place. The atmosphere was very pleasant. It was a group of 10 of us celebrating the birthday of one in the group. Our server Misty was awesome, she was so helpful and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with everything we ordered. Now to the food, WOW!!! everyone enjoyed the steaks, crab cakes, salads, warm bread with butter, celantro shrimp and to top it off the warm carrot cake with cream cheese icing. Yum,Yum. “I cannot say enough good things about our waitress, Hunter! From the moment we sat down, she was attentive, outgoing, and genuinely friendly—one of those people who makes you feel like you’re in great hands.

What stood out most was how professional and quick she was when a man nearby was making me uncomfortable. Without hesitation, Hunter handled the situation gracefully and made sure I felt safe. That kind of care and awareness goes far beyond what you’d expect at a restaurant, and it made the entire experience so much better.

On top of that, she never missed a beat with our table. Drinks were always refilled, food came out quickly, and she checked in often without being overbearing. Hunter truly made the night enjoyable, and I’d come back just for her service alone.

If you’re lucky enough to get Hunter as your waitress, you’re in for an amazing experience.“

“We went here on a whim after getting married (also on a whim). Made last minute reservations with a small note saying we had just been married. The manager came over multiple times to congratulate us. Our server was incredible. The food was, of course, amazing. The hostess was kind enough to snap a few pics of us. I can't recommend enough. Every single moment was incredible, yummy, and so beautiful. Yes, it's pricey (duh fine dining) but worth every cent. They even comped our dessert which we absolutely did not expect. We will be back for our anniversary if not before.“

“My wife and I recently discovered this place and have really enjoyed golfing and dining here. Tonight at dinner, we witnessed two young men (probably 20) come in and have an altercation with the manager behind the bar. It was clear they had been witnessed misbehaving on the course and came in to start trouble. The manager was extremely professional, courteous, and calm. My wife and I both own/run businesses and we were very impressed. Alli would be an asset to any organization…but we are glad she’s here.“

“We planned a quick last minute wedding, and Kira was beyond accommodating. She was always available, and her communication was on point. Texting, calling, showing up…she always made time for me even if she was in the middle of something else. We originally reserved the dining room for our family reunion, but due to extenuating circumstances, our brunch turned into a last minute wedding celebration instead. Kira went over all our options and recommendations, sat down with me to plan the seating arrangement, and brunch menu, and even created a fancy custom drink menu for us. The venue was beautiful. The views were gorgeous. The buffet display and food was amazing. The table settings and linens were lovely. The bartender and wait staff were phenomenal. They made this day so perfect in every way. they went above and beyond & I cannot rave enough about our wonderful experience. Thank you so much, Kira.“

“Just wanted to give a BIG shout out to Johnny, a cook at Joe's Crab Shack tonight. We went there to celebrate a birthday and my daughter has a food allergy and he went above and beyond to make sure she was taken care of. He took the time to come out and speak to her, take her order and then cooked it safely and specifically for her. He made an amazing Chicken Alfredo that honestly was the best dish at the table!
