I'm GF and there's always clean fresh seafood to eat here, drinks are good and sitting outside is always perfect. Great place with discount happy hour specials, def recommend!

All I can say is go for the Smashburger

Veggie tacos and veggie burger! Both vegan as is but recommend getting the balsamic on the side for the tacos as they can be heavy handed. Make sure to sit outside near the water and they might have live music playing! Also have a bounce house for the kids Updated from previous review on 2026-07-08

We ordered fish taco(2) $19.00 and hush puppies ($7.00). The waiter was not good at all! The food was cold when he finally (after 45 minutes)brought it to the table. We could not eat it. My husband had to go to the manager. Waiter never came back to check on us. We ask for water 3 times. Ask for butter and was given cooking oil twice.The manager brought a new one out and it was warm. They are trying to cook too many dinners. The manager said they have cooked $2000 meals already. I seen waiters bring out plates with very dirty towels that was touching people's food. That was disgusting. When we we're leaving the kitchen looked like they had a good fight. The bathrooms were so dirty? I will never step foot in there again. Word of mouth goes far in my book. Too expensive for what u get and needs better service. Cleaner would be better than trying to serve so many people. I hope this reaches someone that cares.

We hosted a birthday luncheon today for our daughter … a total of 14 people! We had one server, “Chris”… and he did an absolutely fantastic job of taking care of our entire table! Everything was done in an efficient, timely and friendly manner from the moment we walked in the door! The food was fresh and wonderful… several servers brought our food out…ALL at the same time! We always enjoy our meals there but today was exceptional! Highly recommend any time!

A nice quiet night with live music on the intercoastal, a great way to spend an evening with great company! Our waiter Chris was very attentive, checking in on us frequently to ensure we all had what we needed. He brought out our food promptly and the coconut shrimp was delicious. Will be returning soon!

Susan and I have been visiting Palm Valley Outdoors Bar and Grill since we moved to Florida, and it continues to stand out as one of our favorite waterfront dining experiences in Northeast Florida. Whether we stop in casually or plan a full dinner around the visit, the experience is always consistent, enjoyable, and memorable.

The location alone makes this place special. Sitting right on the Intracoastal Waterway, Palm Valley Outdoors offers beautiful water views and the unique option to arrive by boat or car. Watching boats pass by while enjoying a meal never gets old, and the relaxed energy here instantly puts you in the right mindset to slow down and enjoy yourself.

The atmosphere strikes a great balance between lively and comfortable. Live music nights, game days, and busy weekends are handled effortlessly. Even when the restaurant is full, it never feels chaotic. There is plenty of space to spread out, and the layout works equally well for couples, families, and large groups.

The menu goes far beyond what you might expect from a waterfront restaurant. There is a wide variety of options, and everything we have tried over multiple visits has been well prepared. During our most recent visit, we started with fried gator tail, which was tender, flavorful, and paired perfectly with a homemade Cajun ranch dipping sauce. The grilled oysters topped with house garlic butter are a must order and convert even people who think they are not oyster fans.

Susan ordered the lobster ravioli, which earned our Culinary Duo Best of the Best award. Large pieces of lobster, a perfectly balanced sauce, and thoughtful presentation made this dish unforgettable. I ordered the blackened wahoo special topped with mango salsa, and it was fresh, expertly cooked, and full of flavor.

Dessert deserves special recognition. The warm chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwich served in a cast iron skillet also earned our Best of the Best award. It is indulgent, nostalgic, and absolutely worth saving room for.

Service here is outstanding. On busy nights, multiple team members work together seamlessly to keep drinks filled, food delivered, and tables cleared without ever feeling rushed. We were seated with a view of the kitchen and watching the teamwork was impressive.

Palm Valley Outdoors delivers on every level. Great food, excellent service, generous portions, and a location that simply cannot be beat. This is a restaurant we confidently recommend and one we will continue to return to.
