Ordered a bagel with cream cheese through drive thru and received this! No napkins, a bagel not cut and no knife. I guess we are supposed to break the bagel up and dip into cream cheese! Horrible

The last three times we ate at Panera the food was horrible. And when we got home we realized part of our takeout order was missing. The only thing I’ll order there from now on is coffee. 😔😏☹️
