I came here to study and I ordered food. I wanted water so I went to the register to ask for water. I asked an older woman who was working at the register politely for a plastic cup so I can get water. She then lectured me on how I shouldn’t steal plastic cups although all I asked was to simply get a small plastic cup so I can get water. That lady was rude even though I was being polite. Never coming here again.

2 changes would like to see:

1. Panera needs to change the chicken
The chicken does not taste good
I remember it tasting better in the past

UPDATED REVIEW I have to compliment the workers from this afternoon on my late lunch of chicken poppyseed salad and 1/2 chicken blt with avacodo. Delicious meal and polite drive thru service. Maybe new employees or management? I hope so because i miss having panera.

I haven't eaten at this location in 6 months because of getting rotten avacodo on my sandwich, hard stale bread or the wrong order all together. Tonite I received your stale hard white wheat...
