The best soft serve ice cream across the industry! I am sad that we are down to only 1 location in Duval County area...we have to cross into St John's County now. Even though its almost a 1/2 hour drive for me, it's worth it to get the creamist soft serve cone with little to no ice crystals. Please bring at least 1 location back to Duval!

Drove 30 minutes expecting to purchase a bucket of ice, as advertised, only to be told they don’t carry them at this location. They also only had enough ice for a small Cotton Candy flavor, which is available year-round anyway. Unfortunately, the buckets were posted as available but not actually in stock. Overall, it was a waste of time, and I won’t be returning to this location. I’ll wait for the beach location to open instead. This experience definitely needs improvement. The girl who helped me was actually really nice though.
