“Hadn't been to the King's Hwy location in a long time and fell victim to the awesome advertising of the new steak nuggets. I got the bowl. It consisted of extremely dry meat, like day old dry beef brisket. The white cheddar mac & cheese was tasteless and it was topped with a couple mini onion straws. $10. Won't make that mistake again. Wish I had watched the YT video reviews before ordering it. I'll stick with the roast beef sandwich.
However, I have to say that this location has gotten better. Friendlier staff, faster drive-thru. I did have a short wait, but at 6pm I was the only person in the drive-thru, yet I was asked to pull-over to a parking space and wait. Anyway, I still give this location a 4/5 because I do see an improvement. Just stay away from the steak nuggets. Phenomenal advertising/terrible menu item.“
“We went to Arby's after my emergency room health issue. My husband & I had the gyro & classic roast beef sandwiches. There were old mushy onions as well as 2 tiny pieces of tomatoes. The wrap was nasty. I couldn't even eat mine. However, my husband's roast beef sandwich was okay. The cashier was rude, like we were a bother to her. Not sure if we'll return to this store again.“
