If you review my profile you will see I'm a local reviewer, not paid but consistent & honest. I've been eating off and on at this location for five years. The first year was terrible but I had actually made a call to corporate and they cleaned up the third shift (they kept burning the chicken black) which was when I had been going.
Since then I've not had a single bad experience or messed up order. Typically I go through the drive thru using their app.
At this location Ive found that the burgers are better than Wendy's & Culvers. Which is a surprise because to beat Wendy's is a hard one for me.
Do not believe the poor reviews you've seen from others, give this location a chance for yourself and see. Ive also always had friendly service.
As far as wait times I've never had to wait. I place my order in the app when I arrive in their parking lot and than immediately go thru the line.

$50 order. Asked for off broiler. They showed us. Old beef and the buns weren’t toasted. Dry and cold. Zero color. Absolutely not toasted. Like the broiler broke.

I came in here last Monday to begin my experience as soon as I got out of my car, I was hit with the strong odor of marijuana. When I looked to my left I seen two Burger King employees smoking what I believe to be a blunt, but I still went inside and proceeded to order my food the lady at the front counter wasn’t very nice and had an attitude with me the whole time I was trying to order then I asked for an ice cream cone that I would come and get later for my Son, after we finished our food, they proceeded to tell me that there was no ice cream available so when I made the joke, what did all the high people in the building eat it I got scolded by the lady bagging the food. I then proceeded to ask her name so I could leave a review and she told me it was Shayla and she was the manager. Overall, my experience with this establishment was horrible. It would’ve made me feel like I was in the ghetto with how dirty the place was horrible acting the staff were and the way they just thought it was OK to smoke marijuana in the front of the building. And On top of that, I believe Burger King was supposed to be a fast food chain hint in the word fast food but it took me over 10 minutes to get my hamburger and my kids meal and it was cold at that Would not recommend eating here ever and whoever is in charge needs to have a serious conversation with somebody. Just to clarify this is the Burger King on 910 Kings Highway

Had hard time earlier so, pulled thru BK drive‑thru & had 1 of the -BEST- experiences ever! 🍔🥤 Ordered vanilla shake for my husband & chocolate for self — the BK team was so friendly, communicative, + accommodating🙌 They made the shakes *glorious* — a real treat! ✨😋 Very gracious young ladies + team overall 💖 Really appreciate the smiles, kind words +service: Super Positive attitude! Can’t wait to stop back in when we’re in area again ~ to enjoy their company +food! 🍟😊🥤

Wonderful, clean, friendly AND they have a play area!!! The play area brings back a fun vibe, how cool. This BK is like a light in a dark world. You rock BK!!!!
While driving up to Ocala, stopped for morning breakfast. Ordered croissant bacon egg and cheese meal-gewar device and exceptionally made. This is compared to my BK in NYC I typically go. So way to go guys, thank you.

The food here has been going down hill steadily!! Burgers & rings NOT fresh at all!! Soda fountain has NOT been cleaned anytime recently as you can tell by the black specs/mold by the individual dispensers!! Play room area is FLITHY, old melted ice cream & dried up food in the play structure & the inner area of the play structure smells of urine!! Both of my grandkids came in clean & left dirty & smelly!! Won't be back anytime soon unless things improve!!

We did drive through, ordered the new advertised,BB cued brisket, looked great on TV, not nearly as good, was very skimpy with what ever they sprinked on it, not even enough to tell what it was, maybe 4or5 pieces of whatever, I mean VERY SKIMPY,,,, I'll give them another chance because I have always loved Burger King. Maybe it was just that branch, I'll definitely give them another chance. Burger King lover.

Reading simple and minor modifications seems to be a challenge. One vehicle in line ahead, mobile order and yet somehow couldn’t take the few seconds to remove a sauce my fiance is allergic to and replace with plain ketchup and mustard, or to simply remove items such as their always soggy tomatoes. Complete disregard for our money spent on the modifications all for now food that can’t be eaten.
