Went to this location this morning and I will only go back to speak to manager this afternoon. I wanted the hot peppermint mocha was told they couldn't make lattes because the machine wasn't working so I got the iced one. Wasn't even made how it was supposed to be made and when I asked about the whip cream the lady said they didn't have any. We'll my daughter was 1 car behind me and got whip cream on hers. How in 3 minutes time do you have whip cream magically appear. Tried calling the store and of course no one answers. If this is how the manager runs their store it's pathetic!!!!

Took a chance going to this Dunkin versus my usual Dunkin spot and I was disappointed to say the least. Went through the drive thru to get 2 coffees, 3 hashbrowns (asked for extra crispy which usually isn't an issue), a breakfast sandwich and the banana chocolate chip bread. I asked for the hashbrowns to please be made extra crispy and got attitude over the intercom for that. I paid at the window and was NOT asked nor given a receipt. They messed up and didn't give me the banana bread so I parked and ran back in to ask for it. The person at the counter asked for my receipt to which I said I wasn't given one from the window and the worker said I HAD to have a receipt OR I would have to PAY AGAIN for ANOTHER bread. If it's policy to check receipts when someone comes back in saying they're missing something then maybe actually give people their receipts at the window? My friend who came in with me ended up paying AGAIN for the bread just to get it over with even though I argued against it, but that is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Entire experience was crap and total BS, will never be returning to this location!!

$6 for a cup of ice? My "light ice" iced latte was brimming with ice, got maybe 5 sips out of it and no that's not an exaggeration. over $1 per sip. The drink itself was good, but I feel like I got absolutely scammed out of it. Staff was friendly and everything look well kept.

First time coming to this location. Asked for a dozen donuts half glazed half jelly filled the two most popular donuts. Was told they don't have either. They weren't rude. But you can either provide a product or you can't. Clearly this location cant. Therefore I won't be coming back. Sad because it's the only drive through donut place near me. I know I'm not going to die without a donut. It's just the principle of the thing. This is the equivalent of waffle house saying we don't have waffles.

This location has no interest in customer service. Instead of giving the customer what they wanted they decided to argue about what was wanted. We left and took our money elsewhere. They have serious issues at this location. Customer is always right when it comes to what they are ordering!

Unfortunately every time I order something is wrong with my order. The manager seems to get an attitude when I point out their mistake. I refuse to make a purchase at this DK again. They don’t even put napkins nor offer your receipt at checkout. Poor customer service.
