We have been ordering from Christopher Bean for over a year. We love the depth of flavor and aroma of their beans, no burnt flavor. Top quality. Their beans are evenly roasted. These guys know what they are doing! Highly recommend. To address the shipping issue: we too have experienced this, but it has not affected how we feel about their product. Ordered coffee & tea on July 25 three days after order on July 28 they sent me a shipping label today is Aug 8 2025 my order still hasn't been shipped.?? This company in the pass has always shipped promptly.
I had a problem on my first order a year ago. It was my fault, I forgot to use a coupon. I contacted the company to see what to do. Cody, their Client Support Specialist, told me he canceled the order and submitted the refund and I could place another order, using the coupon code. I did what he suggested.
I have a medical condition and it affects my memory, so I never looked out for my refund and noticed it never went through, about a year later.
