I want to love this Dunkin because I love the one in Deland so much but they take forever. Usually the morning crew is slightly faster. A lot of times my drink is made wrong, I’ve seen people there with no hair net or hair protection and even grabbed my donut with gloves they handled cash in. Not to mention the hashbrowns are usually not crispy and taste kinda stale. This has happened multiple times. I'm disappointed because I am a Dunkin girly and this is the closest one...

I have been coming to this DD for several years and I have to say most of the personnel are very nice! Jackie at the window is terrific! And on the weekend Tripp is great!! And Liz makes the BEST drinks! However...there are a few that need to step it up. They need to have better customer service and also have a neater cleaner appearance!!
I have only one BIG problem with the food and that is with the Snackin Bacon. It is overly priced for the amount of bacon you get!...

Today i waited on line for 10 minutes in the store. I wanted 2 egg cheese wraps. Finally getting to register was told ovens were not working. I understand things break. Why is it so hard to put a sign up saying oven is broken no hot food. ??
