I have been coming to this DD for several years and I have to say most of the personnel are very nice! Jackie at the window is terrific! And on the weekend Tripp is great!! And Liz makes the BEST drinks! However...there are a few that need to step it up. They need to have better customer service and also have a neater cleaner appearance!!
I have only one BIG problem with the food and that is with the Snackin Bacon. It is overly priced for the amount of bacon you get!...

Today i waited on line for 10 minutes in the store. I wanted 2 egg cheese wraps. Finally getting to register was told ovens were not working. I understand things break. Why is it so hard to put a sign up saying oven is broken no hot food. ??

I miss the old rewards for free coffees. The new point system is greedy and takes forever. I have been to this Dunkin about 8-10x and they have forgotten either a sandwich or donut 3 out of those times. Check your food! The donuts are typically stale but there aren't many donut places nearby. I also don't think this Dunkin is given the "specialties" on time or at all like other stores (Halloween buckets, holiday sprinkles, etc) because they never have it in...
