I went through the drive-through today, and when I got to the window the order that was handed to me was not my order. Not really sure who’s it was as there was no one behind me. I went through the drive thru to order my ice coffee and get my free apple pie that the mobile app gave me for my birthday and they charged me for it. I would of known if the guy at the window would of given me my receipt but he said, “You don’t need it, check your email” I had to drive back to the store and let the manager know, she seemed upset and gave me a 1.00 in change and walked away. Immediately noticed counter person "Annice" was genuinely happy polite and courteous. There are not many tables inside the building and they were all filled up. Even though it was raining I sat at a semi-dry table outside under the awning. The door opened up and Anicce said you're food is ready come inside. I said there are no tables.
