Terrible customer service…it’s almost comedy.
I have been a customer at your store since it opened.
Here’s something that needs to be improved in your store.
I frequent your store around 3-4 pm Mon - Friday the problem is I always have to wait for them to brew a whole container of your hazelnut and other coffees. The afternoon crew needs to make sure coffee is always available & hot, often it’s empty or not hot at all.
I paid $5 that I closed a tip only to wait 20 minutes until I had to ask again to brew more...read full review
