I’ve been coming here for years! Today, deviated and got the Baja tacos with Maui. tacos. Originally, I requested no barbecue sauce, the were so not tasty, I requested a side of barbecue sauce. Unfortunately, they have a fishy taste and smell so I will not be ordering the baja tacos again. I had the pomegranate margarita first and then it had a bit of taste and then the plain one also bitter. The sweet potato french fries were good as always. I usually get the chicken piccata which has always been good in the past but like I said, I deviated today and I was not pleased with the Baja tacos. Atmosphere was so so lots of people talking business otherwise experience would’ve been great, if not for the negative that I described and I always try to be on the positive

terrible customer service everything is great but if you have an issue with your meal, the manager turned ugly quick he needs to be retrained on customer service I went with family to have lunch. I have been going there for many many years. My mother ordered chicken fingers and they were cold and they had a funny taste of them and she did not eat them so I told my waiter. It was very nice and he brought the host over. I believe his name was Chris and he was very dramatic. Very unprofessional talked down to me, charged my mother for her fruit That came with her meal and continued to argue with me how no one ever complains about the chicken fingers he was unprofessional and he needs to be retrained on customer service. I have been going there for many many many years, and I will never step foot in there again. He was always very friendly always very nice, but you can show professionalism anyone can be nice, but how do you act when there is an issue with a customer while he failed miserably he acted as if I was personally taking the money out of his wallet when I asked if he could, please take the chicken fingers off of the check because she did not eat them. I dont remember the last time I didn't take home leftovers from a restaurant, but the food here was very excellent! One of the few restaurants I've ever been too with mac and cheese that had a cheese stretch, it was delicious. The burger I had was well prepared and cooked right. Very tasty food here, I will definitely be coming back for the ribs!Parking: Parking is shared with a dozen other strip mall businesses, may need to park near the movie theater if it's too crowded.

I'll start by saying the food is great as usual. Our server was ok but never got drink refills. We had a little bit of an issue that I don't feel was handled properly. We were notified when it was time to pay that the service was down and that we could wait or pay with cash. We didn't have cash so we decided to wait. We waiting for about 10-15 minutes and the service was still down so our option was to give them our card details on a piece of paper and they would run the card the following day. That being said we said no way we will leave and go get cash and bring it back. I guess the worst part about this was that our server was the one relaying all this information. Not once did the manager come up and speak to us about the situation. That was what was most frustrating to me.
