“I go to a few Dunkin locations regularly, and this location is awesome! They must be working seamlessly inside because they really pump out the orders quickly, and the drinks are consistent. Now if we could teach the customers to let the mobile drivers merge in line like theyre supposed to do. We obviously ordered before they even arrived.“

“I come to this location several days a week before work. I've almost always been greeted at the window by the same person a lady named Charlene.Let me tell you about Charlene...She is ALWAYS friendly, ALWAYS smiling, and ALWAYS gets my order CORRECT!! She is wonderful!WHY AM I LEAVING THIS REVIEW?Because in my line of work I spend a lot of time on the road and deal with a lot of drive-thrus for drinks meals etc. Sooo many workers at the windows are miserable at their jobs and take it out on us paying customers. Half the time I don't get a hello or have a nice day at those places, they shove the bag out the window and close that window! It's sad.More places need a Charlene....so I do hope she is very much appreciated by her boss and fellow employees because she definitely deserves to be recognized.Charlene your KIND, FRIENDLY personality and welcoming smile is what some people may need in the morning to start their day off right.Let's face it this world is crazy and YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT SOMEONE MAY BE GOING THROUGH.❤️Keep being you!“
