Kyto's Pastelitos Latin Cuisine is a must-visit spot for the best Latin food in Tampa Bay. The spicy chicken empanadas and mom's chicken are incredible, while the pernil and arroz con guandules are simply amazing. Customers drive from far just to taste the delicious food. The mofongo is a favorite, and the owner's hospitality adds to the overall fantastic experience. Looking forward to the new location!
