The Joe In Port Saint Joe Coffee Shop

We came here at 9 am on a Tuesday morning when it was not too busy. My wife's mocha coffee was good, she finished it, and the Danish she bought she enjoyed as well.

The problem: My order was a 16oz cappuccino with raspberry flavoring made with coconut milk. I did not enjoy this at all. I couldn't taste much of the coconut milk, so the milk was not of quality, and they forgot to put the flavoring in as well. They also got the size wrong and gave me a 12 oz cup instead of the 16oz. We were in a hurry and my wife was happy so we just left, but I was a bit disappointed. I also finished my cappuccino because I don't mind it plain, so it was okay. I was just confused as to why the order went wrong when the barista is close enough to the register to hear the order clearly.

So if you decide to come here, I will always check to see they got your order right before leaving. It was an average experience for me. Nothing wrong with their service and nothing wrong with the atmosphere. The coffee, however, could use some improvement.

Don’t expect a real espresso. Lattes/americanos are made with an automated push button machine. The americano and latte smelt like coffee from any generic franchise, not good coffee. We didn’t even take 5 sips before we poured it out and went to find another place.

There were fruit flies/gnats in the pastry case. The breakfast bagel sandwich was ok. The bagel was mediocre.

The employee was nice.

We were in town for vacation and my daughter in law told me about this place. It was amazing!!! The food was fresh. And the coffee was amazing. The staff was friendly and was very helpful to make anything we wanted. I would recommend this place to any one!!!

This place is my absolute favorite in town!!😍 They are so accommodating and sweet! I came in wondering if they had anything like a pink drink from Starbucks, they pulled through 1000%! This tastes even better than a pink drink, it’s so sweet and yummy‼️ Every coffee I’ve ever ordered from here has been amazing, I will always recommend going here❤️

Great first time visit! The cold brew is smooth and not bitter—and I’m pretty picky. The barista with short blond hair was so kind and thoughtful, even making a little extra Frappuccino so my toddler could have her own drink. Great service and great coffee—I’ll definitely be back!

I prefer to support local coffee but They do not serve real coffee here. We purchased 4 different drinks and all of them were bad. I can’t recommend this place unfortunately

We ordered coffee, smoothies, and breakfast sandwiches. The smoothie had a blend of fruit with ginger, tumeric, and cinnamon and it was great. The breakfast sandwich was sausage egg and cheese on an everything bagel. Everything was fresh and delicious. The service was friendly. They have parking in front and a sitting area in the back. I would definitely recommend this place for a snack or for breakfast and coffee.
