We had such a wonderful experience! Jim was our server and he was fantastic!! Food was fabulous. Service was wonderful. Drinks were delicious. (Absolutely have to find a way to duplicate the espresso martini) Overall Wonderful experience! Worth every penny!!
The White Marlin was hands down one of our favorite meals of the trip. We started with the sourdough bread and starter, then had the pear salad and the Peruvian chicken—every single bite was incredible. We finished with the chocolate cake, key lime pie, and an espresso, and honestly couldn’t have picked a better ending to the meal.

Our first night in Port St. Joe we dined at the White Marlin. Our server was Alex and he was top notch! He went above and beyond as our server. The food was delicious as we had the pork chop and lobster with finerling potatoes and asparagus. We topped it off with key lime pie and strawberry cheesecake that sent us over the edge! You will not be disappointed in the White Marlin! Be sure and ask for Alex as your server!
