“Wow! I have lived on the island for 2 years now and have only driven by once or twice when it was open. I finally decided to stop when it was and tried the snow cones and ice cream! It was incredible. I am surprised by the hours (1-6pm) but will definitely be making a return. It was great!“

“I'm not a fan of the food here in Titusville. Usually if you want good restaurants you drive down to Orlando. But this ice cream is the best not only in town but also Orlando. Refreshing, milky, and filling. Doesn't taste artificial or too sugary. They don't offer toppings which I now see as a good sign that a shop is confident enough in their authentic ice cream that they don't need to mask the flavor. Every time I go visit I think I'll be getting the pint. Worth it. It would be a smart business move to put the pint at $7 once per week, maybe on slower days to increase sales.“

“Chippies: Coco/Port Saint John Dreamy Destination for Boba & FroYo! Absolutely obsessed with Chippies Boba Tea & Frozen Yogurt! This place quickly became my go-to spot for a delightful treats. Their boba tea selection is incredible! The flavors are bursting with freshness, and the tapioca pearls have that perfect chewy texture. Whether you're a classic milk tea fan or looking for something adventurous, Chippies has something for everyone. I personally loved the Golden Elixir, it was so refreshing and perfectly balanced. The frozen yogurt is just as amazing! The tartness hits all the right notes, and the toppings selection is fantastic. They do not weigh the frozen yogurt! Plus, they have sugar-free options, which is a major win for me! The staff at Chippies is top-notch! Super friendly and helpful, they made my whole experience enjoyable. They were happy to answer questions and offer suggestions based on my preferences. Chippies is a true gem in Cocoa/PSJ! “We like going to Parkway Creamery. It’s more helpful that they take cards and we don’t have to make an extra trip to get some cash. My family has tried ice cream cones, blenders, Dole Whip and a root beer float. There are tables out front with umbrellas. There are some parking spaces out front and around the back. There’s also a drive thru if you don’t want to get out of the car. We recommend it.“

“We always stop by this ice cream shop when we are in Cocoa village. They are always so kind and welcoming to our pup as well when we get her a pup cup! We love having a place we can take our fur baby to, so she can get a treat with us as well.“

Their bathroom has a baby changing table, their back room has a child’s table and basket of books … they have a “free mug exchange” program … and a rewards program (free drinks!). Did I mention how clean the shop is?!?! Next, every single person who works there (inclusive of course of the owner) are always personable, welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable - whether to assist a customer to figure out “that perfect drink match” or to tweak a drink or simply to help make the day happier … they are always on point. Every. Single. Person. Finally, they make many of their syrups homemade (yum!!!) … they make their own popsicles … they sell locally owned bakery items (inclusive of gluten free) … their options are incredibly delicious across the board. I first came here during COVID on the way home from the hospital having my first child. Now, more than 4 years later, I am a 5-6 day a week customer … their lattes and bagels are the best! Special shout out to Hannah who literally notices and asks when I have missed being there a day or more … and who always remembers and uses my name. But honestly, I adore every single barista there … they remember my favorite drink no matter the season … they care … they laugh and have fun … they create this amazing little shop. “Stopped by on a drive south and had an excellent experience. Adrian took our order and was patient and helpful.When we pulled up to pay he was smiling, pleasant and respectful. He double checked our orders both at the time of taking them and before submitting our payments. The young man who brought us our order was great as well. He waited a moment to make sure we had everything and promptly returned with more than enough of the condiments we asked him for. Food was clearly hot, fresh, and everything tasted great.“
