Bagel Brothers catered our clubhouse event this past weekend for 100 people and the food was absolutely delicious!!! Donna, the manager, provided first class service in helping us plan the food quantity and preparing the food. Everything went very smoothly and delivery was right on time. The quality of the food is great and always have been, this has been my go to breakfast and lunch spot for 3 years now. Lately the service has become unbearable though.
For over a year now they have been plagued with employees who are comically slow at the job or just don't work if the boss isn't watching.

I hate not being able to give this place 5 stars because the food was 10/10 but the staff completely ruined it!!! I stood in line for 5 minutes with nobody else in line and the 2 workers continued their conversation until they finally decided to take my order. No apology on why they didn’t acknowledge me or nothing. Not sure if I would l return. Maybe hire a brand new staff. Every review here about their horrible service is 100% accurate
