After waiting 50 minutes past our pick up time, they decided that they were closing and we wouldnt get our food and we would have to request a refund. Pathetic, terrible, the WORST ever management and employees ever. How can you tell someone you are working on the food and then say nope not going to get it, we gotta go home. NEVER AGAIN!!
This has got to be the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. It’s Saturday at 4 PM and there is one guy working the entire line. From start all the way to cashing the people out. Honestly kudos to the young man because he visibly looked frustrated, but didn’t take it out on any customers, and he was still working clean and washing his hands every single time and changing his gloves after every cash register interaction before he went back to start A new guest.
