I eat this at least once a week! I really love the shug and tahini sauces on the side with the chips. My favorite is the braised lamb and all the toppings

CAVA is a restaurant that offers fast and healthy food. Many people say it is a great dining option with fresh tasting food that is not too pricey. The service is outstanding and the crew really takes care of you. One guest said the customer service is top tier, especially a manager who helped fix an order that was placed by accident. Another guest had one of the absolute best dining experiences, saying a staff member was sweet, patient, and welcoming to a family of five and recommended the honey chicken, which was completely delicious. The atmosphere is nice with warm lighting and very clean, and there is a great selection of drink options. The braised lamb bowl with lentils has a lot of flavors going on, and the bread chips are also a must. The grilled chicken is very good, and the lamb meat balls are an option. One guest felt their bowl had only two very small meatballs and mostly rice, but said the flavor was great and it has a lot of potential. CAVA is a very pleasant and healthy place to eat.
