Very busy establishment. Be sure to walk to the counter if you have ordered online and it’s sometimes much quicker to go inside to pick up than wait in the line. Remember to be kind and patient and courteous as a customer- this helps everyone have a better day.
I am more of a Starbucks guy but my wife loves Dunkin! We frequent this place quite a bit. I gave four stars for service as well as atmosphere.I could have gone lower but I don't like giving out low scores if I can avoid it I will. Especially because this is not really a dunkin' issue. Nobody seems to want to work anymore. And if they are working they seem to be miserable in their job. I'm not a coffee drinker actually I've never tasted coffee before but I do love hot chocolate and there are some women in there that make the best hot chocolate and they are so sweet and they are so nice and it's so nice in the morning to go because they're happy and they're putting out Good Vibes and stuff it's just nice place to go and I'm there usually at 5:00 a.m. and they're always happy and ready to make good hot chocolate for me thank you all the people at my Dunkin' Donuts
