Honestly, if I could give negative stars, I would. I have NEVER been treated as rudely as I was at the drive thru for this DD!!! Waited no less than 10 minutes for my order. Then, I tried to pay with the app and the girl wanted to take my phone. When I told her no, she slammed the window closed and walked away. Refused to get me a manager. So, I went to another DD and go my order without a wait or a problem and find out YOU tried to over charge me. I went half a mile and saved...read full review

Dunkin' is a popular spot for coffee and delicious items. The staff is attentive and remembers orders well. The location offers plenty of parking and is kid-friendly. Customers with dietary restrictions can get guidance on their orders. The Dunkin' itself is decent, though not the cleanest. Wheelchair accessibility is good with easy entrance and ample seating.
The drive-thru service is quick, though it would be nice to see more smiles from the employees. Dunkin' offers lots of sweet options for kids. The staff is kind and gets to know their customers. The manager visibly helps out and ensures customers are satisfied. The drive-thru line is handled efficiently, even on busy days.
While not as good as Krispy Kreme, Dunkin' Donuts has always had good doughnuts and coffee. However, they do not offer gluten-free options for their doughnuts, which excludes a sizable portion of the consumer market.
