I had a great experience with Trinity at Chipotle! There was an issue with my order, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. She was very kind, understanding, and even gave me extra to make up for the misunderstanding, which she absolutely didn’t have to do. I want to give a huge shout-out to the team at Chipotle in St. Lucie West—especially Valentino.
Yesterday, I stopped in with my daughter around 5:00 p.m. before rushing to make a JV football game. In the hurry, I accidentally left my bag on the outside patio. I didn’t realize it was missing until about 2:00 today.
