Love the food and location. Online ordering is a snap. Sometimes the food is ready Sometimes not. Sometimes you get a staff member that cares about you and Sometimes not. Sometimes it's easier to order in store than on their app. I always go to the PSL West location so can't attest to other locations. Food was great once I finally got it, but
No customer awareness. Why tell me my app order isn't ready yet, to then sit it behind the counter and not say anything to me while there are only 2 other customers inside. I'd understand more if it was busy.
