I order ahead “on the go” yet when I arrive most of the time the order isn’t ready, half the time I watch people ring up at the cash register and leave before me, so what’s the point of ordering ahead? There is also a HUGE problem of getting the orders correct! They always forget to get any donuts in my order, I often order no cheese and most of the time it has cheese.
