“I recently visited this KFC location and overall had a positive experience. The food was fresh, hot, and prepared the way you expect when you’re craving classic KFC.... crispy chicken, great flavor, and satisfying sides. 🍗
The restaurant itself was clean, and the order came out in a reasonable amount of time.
One area that could use some improvement is customer service at the counter. While everything was handled efficiently, the counter staff came across a bit snappy when interacting with customers, and a warmer tone would make the experience much more welcoming for the public.
That said, the food quality was solid, and with a little more friendliness in customer interaction, this location could easily provide an even better overall experience.“
“I place a order yesterday and I got a total order I didn't purchase i called the store today spoke to MELISSA the manager she resolved the issue quick fast no problem she ended up giving me the food I originally ordered I am thankful she is AMAZING THANK YOU MELISSA MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR“
