“Just so you know this rating is based on my granddaughter's experience that she loves the food and everything else I believe that the service and atmosphere was nice but I tried one of the french fries and it tasted like the processed junk, something just not right with that fry anyways my daughter had a great time and she loved her happy meal, so she gave you a five-star rating“
“I don't normally get the same treatment when I go to McDonald's because it's based on who is working that day, but this McDonald's has been very good. The fries have been cooked, which is something that McDonald's not always good at doing. The staff has been very nice when I go and fix my food if it's wrong. Thanks!“
“First visit to a McDonalds in years. We went because we had our grandson and it was his choice. We were pleasantly surprised. The food was fresh and good for what it is. Though I feel for the loss of jobs with the added kiosks, it was much more efficient and quick.“
“This review is for a McDonald's worker his name is Chris. Chris sounded like he could be in his late teens to 20's. I placed an order on the McDonald's app from Georgia for my grandson and his friends that live in PSL, Fort Pierce area. I couldn't get the order to be processed so to go through in order to be made. My grandson was there at this store with his friends and after about 15 mins in after I had already put the order through on my McDonald's app he went up to find out what was going on with the order. My grandson went up to the front counter and asked another McDonald's worker if they had received any order with my name and order number and they said, "no." My grandson called me back and told me that they didn't receive the order yet and if I had put it through to another McDonald's location by mistake. Went on my app and saw the order went through, it was the correct location and the order number etc..so I called the store for help and spoke to Chris. Chris was a very kind young man that didn't rush me while I was trying to explain to him what was on my app and trying to figure out how to make the order to go through so they could see it so to make the order. I didn't want my grandson and his friends to wait a long time to get their food while I was trying to figure out how to process the order completely. Chris informed me on how to process the order and it went through, yay! I was supposed to open up the order and click "I'm Here" or something like that. Chris was so very nice and patient with me through the entire ordeal. The five stars is really for the worker Chris that was very patient with dealing with me a customer, this is very rare these days unless you are at a Chick-fil-A and their workers are programmed to be that way. So thank you Chris for being genuine and took time out to help a customer that was very in need to get their order processed quickly. It is very refreshing for a young man these days to be very kind in assisting a fast food customer. Thank you thank you. This order was from January 1, 2025 around 3:25pm. Lol, I'm two weeks late putting a review in but McDonald's should give Chris a pat on the back or even better a raise. My grandson and his friends will be back at this store again for the food and good service.“
“Despite the fact of calling out to an employee twice, she pretended not to see me and look the other way.
Both soap dispensers in the ladies room were empty. How are employees properly washing their hands before returning to work in food preparation?“
“They messed up the food. 2 burgers extra onion extra pickles, 2 extra onions nd extra pickles no mustard, And one burger ketchup only. All 5 had mustard.
2 burgers had no onion
All 4 had mustard
And ketchup only ws plain. They all had stickers marking what they were all wrong.
