I usually order Door Dash however picking my baby up from work stopped in to the store. Staff was awesome, I told them when they see an order with extra extra lettuce that’s mee (me, with two e’s because I’m extra 🙃). Anyway subs were great, I definitely do not mind spending my money with them.
I am, was and is a loyal customer ordering two days back to back and at best a few times a month however this is EXACTLY why I hesitate to order online from anywhere. I love their subs when done correctly. I ordered delivery from bobcock location. Did not give mee salt and vinegar chips, $1.99 for chips, was given sea salt instead. I always ask for extra lettuce. Asked for black pepper none. It’s hit or miss when ordering online. It’s not cheap to order from these establishments yet they think it’s a joke because customer is not in person. Attention to detail and customer service matters. Buyer beware when buying online. I’ll make make my subs at home going forward.“

“I’m not really a fan of subs, but I was in Walmart and felt like trying it out. With it being my first time, I had a lot of questions but the server was very helpful and patient, her name was Roneque I believe. I officially now a subway fan! The teriyaki chicken is bomb!“

“This is probably the biggest Subway I've ever been inside of. It's a very cool building. This is an upcoming area. The restaurant is not crowded or busy at all. There is seating inside and outside. The menu and pricing is the Same as every other Subway. The young woman who made my sandwich was nice.“

“Great subs, actually the best around (I am from New Jersey). The problem is the website, it sucks. it does not let you place a pickup time when ordering and also doesn't let you pay with the reward points. I called the Punta Gorda, FL store within 2 minutes after online ordering and tried to use my rewards to pay for my order and the employee stated they can't cancel the order and let me exercise my rewards. Get you act together or you will loose an original customer.........the opening of the Punta Gorda, FL store and an original customer of the Brick, NJ store from 1956! I would give the store 5 stars and the website 1 star fir an overall rating of 3.5 but this review board didn't give me stars to pick.“
