“First time here, stopped for a late breakfast, very busy but found an open table. We each had pancakes and eggs, me with crispy bacon and her with sausage. The pancakes were excellent, the eggs overeasy as we ordered. Service was great. Looking forward to eating here again.“

“If you are looking for a “home” cooked, southern, soulful meal, this is the place! Oxtails and collard greens were amazing, the mini pecan and sweet potato pies are the perfect portions… I wanted to go back for their sautéed chicken and fried catfish, but had no room…?“

“We normally always enjoy cracker barrel. But lately we have been noticing the portion seem to be getting smaller. We used to get overflowing sides. Not anymore you're lucky if you get half a spoon it seems. Three sides of macaroni and cheese should almost take up the whole plate. Not half of a side dish/bowl. The ham and macaroni and cheese used to be a huge meal. It definitely seems to have shrunk in size the over the last few years. I've been ordering it for 15 years so I know what the portions used to be:(“

“Food was delicious! Had the open face lunch. We ate outside and the flies were viscous will not do that again. Our server is the reason I don't give it a 10 outta 10. She was so worried about everyone else But her tables! She never came and got our used plates and then tried to give us wrong dessert. So sad because again the food was bomb but she needs to be better and not have so many tables she can NOT handle.“
