This is probably one of the worst Chick-fil-a’s I have ever been to. Since this location was built, every time I’ve ordered from there my order has been wrong. The last time I went, I was missing a whole meal, and when I informed them they questioned me and insisted on looking in my bag. When they saw my order wasn’t in the bag, they gave me attitude and didn’t apologize for it. I did get another meal, but why is it a problem to ask for the food that I paid for. Another instance my husband went to get food for our daughters, he didn’t check the bag (which it’s sad we have to, especially for a chick fil a) and when he came home we were missing all of our hash browns. He ended up having drive back to chick fil a to get the hash browns, and was greeted with an attitude from the employees. All the customers want is for the employee packing the meals to read the receipt and ensure everything is in there. I just want what I paid for without it being a hassle every time.

This is in response to that review above I was behind the lady seen her pay and she showed the manager her bank account that the money came out. The manager was so unbelievably rude, for being a religious establishment I was shocked to see how this poor lady was treated with her kids in the car. Will not be eating here again. Do better!

Just listened to this rude manager refuse to give a lady with 3 kids because they charged her the wrong amount. She showed them the bank account that the money came out. The worker was unbelievable rude and said have a nice day and had the lady pull off instead of correcting the mistake they made. Canceled my order after

Don't know what it is about this location but their accuracy is dismal. 9 out of the last 10 orders they have forgotten something. I know the brand prides themselves on quality and accuracy but not at this location. Good thing I ordered an extra sandwich tonight or my daughter would have had no dinner. Come on owner check your management. I am a big fan of chic fil a but this location is the bottom of the barrel in Florida. I know this because I drive trucks across Florida and I frequent many locations. I'm about done with this Summerfield location.

This is the worst chic fil a I have ever been to you can only put in one order they don’t let you order lunch items at 10:29 if you live in the riverview area by pass this one and go to the next food be cold just horrible

Went there tonight, they forgot the dressing, Mac and cheese and there was a hair in my salad. Never going back! Unfortunately it was closing so no refund.

Terrible experience start to finish. Ordered catering for a business meeting to be picked up 11am Wednesday. The order wasn't ready until 11:25am. Noticed the 2 gallons were still missing. Had to wait another 10 minutes for those! One of the gallons exploded as we placed it into our car (had already been mishandled?). This store's poor service caused us a late (and sticky) arrival to an important business meeting. Too bad that client requested CFA!! Worst of all, the store employees just didn't seem to care one bit. When I asked to speak with a manager, they suggested I contact Gabe Porrata and wrote down his name. This "operator" is never in or available. Manager Destiny hangs up when asking you to hold. Manager Ashley calls you hun every sentence - excuse me? Love Chick-fil-a but will never go back to this store. ZERO stars for catering orders, management, and customer service!

I was shocked at how slow the line was moving, considering Chick-fil-A is known for its quick and excellent service—unfortunately, not at this location. I ordered an 8-piece nugget meal with small waffle fries, and my daughter ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese.
When we received our food, my fries were completely cold—you could tell just by looking at them. My daughter’s order was also incorrect; they gave her a plain sandwich without cheese. Instead of remaking it properly, the employee took back the sandwich (along with my fries), then returned shortly after with the same plain sandwich and told us they would bring out a slice of cheese in a minute! I refused to accept that—who wants to put a cold slice of cheese on a sandwich themselves?
To make things worse, the manager, Destiny, did not offer a single apology. Instead, she questioned us about the replacement of the fries, as if we were making it up. When the manager lacks basic customer service skills, it’s no surprise the rest of the staff follows that example.
This experience was beyond disappointing, especially from a brand known for its top-tier customer service. Hopefully, this location makes some serious improvements. I spent about 40 min in this drive-thru

This has to be the worst chik fila ever! As busy as they always are our food is hardly ever fresh! Tonight we grabbed dinner at 6:30pm they were slammed you would think the food would be hot and fresh NO! My fries taste stale and the chicken is barely cooked.

consistently the WORST chick fil a in the country. If you ever come for breakfast allocate at least 20 minutes to get your food…..today I waited and received just a plain biscuit with no chicken on it lol! Clown show

Save your yourself some frustration and time and just go to a different location. You will wait 30-45+min for cold food and they have forgotten sauces almost every time. They do not meet the typical Chick-fil-a standard.
