You never really know what’s going on in someone else’s life, so you may not understand how much impact a small act of kindness will have on someone. Kyle was working the drive through when I came by just for a cup of ice, he didn’t need to go above and beyond but he did, and did it all with a smile. Whether he realizes it or not his kindness in the short interaction we had completely transformed my attitude and I wanted to shout him out for that here.

I am honestly so disgusted and disappointed in this location. I waited in line for over 30 minutes for my food, just to get home and realize they failed to give me my entire order. Then to make things worse there is a hair melted in my ice and ive practically drank the entire thing. Will most definitely not be returning. 🤢

This is my favorite Chick-fil-A (although they're all good). Customer service is sometimes lacking but that's only because they're usually really busy. However, the staff is always friendly and polite. It's a pleasure to frequent a business that sincerely appreciates their customers!!

Come see Audie; he is very gentle and tentative gentleman inside. We came in to eat and he immediately welcome us and asked us if he can get us anything. He walked around making sure everyone was taken care of. If I could give him 💯 % I would. We need more Audie’s in this place.

I went to Chick-fil-A just to get a cup of ice for my partner. Some nights she just really craves their ice, so I go and get her a cup. Marthe (hopefully that was right) Told me that they actually sell bags of ice. I was excited to find out and decided to purchase a bag. without hesitation, She proceeds to comp me the bag of ice, And says don’t worry about it. I know Chick-fil-A is known for their customer service, but she went above and beyond. Now my fiancé is a happy woman!

Drive thru time is well below the standard. 20 minutes in drive thru. If you are driving by other CFAs I recommend you go there instead.
