The food was good and the staff friendly. A couple of issues however. They should hand out complimentary fly-swats since we spent our entire meal swatting away an extremely persistent fly. The more concerning issue is that they have taken to making call in orders ahead of those who did not place online orders. Fine I suppose, but honestly I'll remember that the next time we are considering where to eat. That sort of thing sticks with you. It's why you will rarely if...

WAITED 24 minutes for 2 regular menu subs 🤯

We LOVE Firehouse Subs, however, today was the WORST! Went in and ordered 2 subs at 2:57pm. Did not get our food until 3:17pm!!!
Not to mention during this wait, 2 employees went into each bathroom and just chilled on the toilet watching videos For about 9min because I stood outside the door waiting to use the restroom.

Bathrooms were gross, restaurant was dirty, but the food was good....

Great food and great staff. All of them are genuinely into taking care of the customer. Including Joseph who took a moment to be humorous. I challenged him to sit down on the job. Mostly this is a pick up or door dash place but the place is exceptionally clean thanks to Joseph and the music is good and not too loud.
